Currently, the fund does not impose a management fee; nevertheless, there is a cost assessed on the back end of membership holdings if and when a liquidity event occurs. After recouping your initial investment, a 15% fee will be assessed on any lucrative portion of your membership holdings. During this period, no further costs will apply.
